I absolutely loved my stay here. The view was breathtaking, and I even decided to extend my stay instead of going to a hotel in the town center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day it was. The breakfast was perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was a vast improvement on those in the town center, with easy access to transportation and parking facilities.

The breakfast buffet was quite good

The fire alarm did not sound in our room so we never there was one. Also our window faced out onto a ramp were people come and go all night. It felt like they had to pass my bed

Location is good. You can take tea/coffee maker at reception.

although there is a TV in the room, it is placed near the bathroom: you can't watch it (your neck gets painful), but you can occasionally hurt your leg over it. The breakfast was not really tasty: it's quite usual, but not really good in quality. The restaurant is overpriced for the quality.

the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist, even at odd hours. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to popular tourist destinations and transportation.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the rooms were quite small and cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable to move around freely.

Convenient location on main road in Alta. Good Breakfast.

No bar, although drinks are available. No late evening restaurant facilities. We arrived just afyer 9pm but no food was available and the place felt 'closed' We obtained food from a nearby hotel which had a restaurant open until 11pm and an excellent bar with very helpful staff.

Fantastic view (I actually cancelled a reservation in one of the hotels in the centre to stay here longer). The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day. Breakfast is perfect and are the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Alta and the location is a vast improvement on those in the town centre.

The gym is small and lacks equipment.

During my recent Christmas stay in Alta, I stayed in a hotel with a fantastic view that made the experience even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist regardless of the time of day. An added bonus is that the hotel was located in a key location making it accessible to all the places I wanted to visit in the area. The perfect breakfast, combined with comfortable rooms also made my stay great.

There were some negatives. The hotel lacked a few amenities that I would have liked to have had.
